Higher education reform plan in the works

A study by the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia concluded that the increase in degree attainment could increase the state’s gross domestic product by $39.5 billion, increase incomes by $36 billion, and increase tax revenues by $4.1 billion.
